Every advanced lane is self-serve; its voice picker shows only voices with a verified route, so a selection never silently falls back to a lower quality. Eligible routes draw from the same Credits balance. Top-ups remain available from Creator upward.

Credits are the unit every plan's quota is measured in. A Core-quality character costs
1 credit; Natural costs 2, Refined 3, Expressive 4, Cinematic 6, Master 8, and Apex 10.
Higher plans include more credits, so customers buying more get more usable runway.
There is no fixed minutes allowance. The estimate changes with character count, language,
voice lane, and delivery. The plan cards use English pacing and show separate estimates
for Core, Natural, and Refined so you can compare the trade-off before choosing.
Every lane uses the same Credits balance: Expressive is 4×, Cinematic 6×, Master 8×, and Apex 10×.
Creator and above can access every lane. The voice picker filters to routes that genuinely
support the selected lane, and there is no separate advanced balance in pricing v2.
No, the monthly quota resets each billing cycle. If you need more before your next cycle,
a top-up pack (above) adds credits that never expire while you stay subscribed.
Everything you've already generated stays exactly as it was. If your new plan doesn't include
lossless export, existing WAV/FLAC downloads for files you already made stay available for
14 days after the downgrade, then only MP3 remains, same as always.
No. Lossless (WAV/FLAC) is only kept for files generated while your plan included it. An
MP3 is a compressed copy made at the same time as a lossless master; once the master wasn't
kept, there's nothing to export losslessly from. Anything you generate after upgrading gets one.
Yes, from your account's billing page. There are no lock-in contracts.
Higher-quality voice tiers cost more to generate. The multiplier reflects
that difference so you can choose the right balance of quality and volume.
Starter fits a lighter publishing cadence. Creator is the practical default for regular
episodes because it includes every voice tier, lossless export, and unlimited projects.
Use Pro or Studio when the volume, concurrency, or retention window grows.
Paid plans include commercial use for generated audio. Free is for evaluation and personal,
non-commercial testing only. Your plan and the terms in effect when you generate determine
the license for that file.
