NarrateHQ ("the Service") is a cloud text-to-speech tool for generating narration audio from text scripts you provide, intended for long-form video and podcast narration.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service (e.g. excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass usage limits).
You retain all rights to the scripts you submit. The audio the Service generates from your scripts is yours — you may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use (e.g. monetized YouTube videos), without attribution.
You're responsible for having the rights to any text you submit, and for how the generated audio is used. Don't submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to convert to speech.
The Service is metered in credits: each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and synthesizing text consumes credits based on the voice quality tier you choose. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period via our payment processor until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Scripts you upload or paste remain on your account until you delete them or close your account. Generated audio files are retained for a limited time based on your plan (see our Privacy Policy for current retention periods) and are automatically deleted afterward — download anything you want to keep before it expires.
Don't use the Service to generate audio for harassment, impersonation without disclosure, fraud, or any other purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used this way.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NarrateHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
