Your scripts, recordings, and generated audio stay under rules you can see before you start.
These rules apply the same way whether you're on Free or the highest paid tier — the only thing that changes plan to plan is retention length and whether the output carries a commercial license, both shown in the table below before you generate anything. Nothing in that table is a promise we make separately from the product: it's the same retention and licensing logic the app itself enforces on your account, not a policy document that could drift out of sync with what actually happens to a file.

You keep rights to scripts you submit. Generated audio is commercial on paid plans; Free is evaluation-only and non-commercial. You are responsible for having the rights to the text and voice use you choose. See Terms and Privacy for the full policy.
